Affiliate Program Agreement

Agreement to Terms

This Affiliate Program Agreement ("Agreement") governs your participation in the Daily Business Idea Affiliate Program (the "Program"), operated by Ezyful ("Company," "we," "our," or "us").

By enrolling in the Program or using your referral code, you ("Affiliate," "you," or "your") agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not participate in the Program.

This Agreement is in addition to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, which also govern your use of our Service.

Program Overview

The Daily Business Idea Affiliate Program allows registered users to earn commissions by referring new users who subscribe to our premium features.

Enrollment

To participate in the Program, you must:

• •Have an active Daily Business Idea account in good standing
• •Create an affiliate account through the mobile app
• •Set a valid payout email address in your affiliate settings
• •Be at least 18 years of age
• •Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

Commission Structure

Commission Rate

Affiliates earn a 20% commission on all qualifying transactions, including:

• •First Paid Billing Cycle: When a referred user's free trial ends and their first subscription payment is successfully processed. Trial starts alone do not trigger a commission — a commission is only earned when a payment is successfully charged.
• •Renewals: Every subsequent recurring subscription payment (monthly, yearly, etc.)

Commission Calculation

Commissions are calculated as follows:

Examples:

• •$12.99 monthly subscription → $2.60 commission
• •$99.99 yearly subscription → $20.00 commission

Commission Status

Commissions have the following statuses:

• •Pending: Commission created but not yet verified
• •Approved: Commission verified and eligible for payout
• •Paid: Commission included in a completed payout
• •Reversed: Commission reversed due to refund or chargeback

Referral Tracking

Referral Code

Upon enrollment, you will receive a unique referral code (6-12 alphanumeric characters). You may customize your referral code in the affiliate settings, subject to availability and our validation requirements.

Attribution Window

Referral attribution follows these rules:

• •30 days Window: When a user clicks your referral link, attribution is stored for 30 days
• •First-Click Attribution: If a user clicks multiple referral links, the first click receives attribution
• •Sign-Up Requirement: Users must sign up within 30 days of clicking your link
• •One Referral Per User: Each user can only be referred once

Device Fingerprinting

We use device fingerprinting technology to track clicks and prevent fraud. This includes collecting:

• •IP address
• •User agent
• •Screen dimensions
• •Platform and version information

Payouts

Minimum Payout Threshold

You may request a payout once your approved commission balance reaches $50.00 USD(or equivalent in your currency).

Payout Requirements

Before requesting a payout, you must:

• •Set a valid payout email address in your affiliate settings
• •Have approved commissions totaling at least $50.00
• •Maintain an active affiliate account in good standing
• •Have no pending payout requests

Payout Processing

Payout requests are processed as follows:

• •Manual Review: All payout requests undergo manual fraud review
• •Processing Time: 7-14 business days after approval
• •Payment Method: Currently via manual payment (bank transfer, PayPal, etc.)
• •Currency: Payments are made in USD unless otherwise agreed

Payout Rejection

We reserve the right to reject any payout request for reasons including but not limited to:

• •Suspected fraudulent activity
• •Violation of this Agreement
• •Invalid or unverifiable payment information
• •Unusual traffic patterns or suspicious referrals

Commission Adjustments and Reversals

Refunds and Chargebacks

If a referred user receives a refund or initiates a chargeback, the corresponding commission will be:

• •Reversed from your account balance
• •Deducted from future commissions
• •Refunded by you if already paid out

Commission Corrections

We reserve the right to correct any commission errors, including:

• •Duplicate commissions
• •Incorrectly calculated amounts
• •Commissions from fraudulent transactions

Prohibited Activities

You agree NOT to:

Fraudulent Activities

• •Create fake accounts or use automated systems to generate referrals
• •Refer yourself or use the same device to click your own referral link (self-referral)
• •Manipulate device fingerprints or use VPNs to create fake clicks
• •Encourage users to cancel and resubscribe to generate additional commissions
• •Use stolen credit cards or fraudulent payment methods

Misleading Marketing

• •Make false or misleading claims about the Service or Program
• •Promise guaranteed results or success rates
• •Use our trademarks or copyrighted materials without permission
• •Impersonate Daily Business Idea or our employees
• •Create misleading domain names or social media accounts

Spam and Unauthorized Advertising

• •Send unsolicited emails (spam) containing your referral link
• •Post referral links on platforms that prohibit affiliate marketing
• •Use paid search advertising on our brand name or variations
• •Engage in cookie stuffing or other deceptive tracking practices

Code Sharing and Multiple Accounts

• •Create multiple affiliate accounts to circumvent the one-referral-per-user rule
• •Share your referral code with users who already have an account
• •Coordinate with other affiliates to manipulate the system

Fraud Detection and Prevention

We employ multiple fraud detection measures to protect the integrity of the Program:

• •Device fingerprinting to detect self-referrals
• •IP address tracking to identify suspicious patterns
• •Manual review of payout requests
• •Automated flagging of unusual conversion rates
• •Chargeback and refund monitoring

Account Flagging

Your affiliate account may be flagged for review if we detect:

• •Conversion rates significantly higher than average (>20%)
• •Multiple signups from the same IP address
• •Immediate conversions (<1 hour after signup)
• •Matching device fingerprints between affiliate and referred users
• •High chargeback or refund rates

Account Suspension and Termination

Suspension

We may suspend your affiliate account pending investigation if we suspect:

• •Violation of this Agreement
• •Fraudulent activity
• •Unusual traffic patterns

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate your affiliate account immediately for:

• •Confirmed fraud or violation of prohibited activities
• •Multiple violations of this Agreement
• •Violation of our Terms of Service
• •Attempt to game or manipulate the system

Effect of Termination

Upon termination:

• •Your referral code will be deactivated
• •You will forfeit all pending and unpaid commissions
• •You must cease all promotional activities
• •You will not be eligible to re-enroll without our express written consent

Relationship Between Parties

This Agreement does not create any partnership, joint venture, employment, or agency relationship between you and Daily Business Idea. You are an independent contractor and:

• •Are not authorized to make commitments on our behalf
• •Are responsible for your own taxes and legal compliance
• •Are not entitled to employee benefits
• •Bear all costs associated with your promotional activities

Tax Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for:

• •Determining and paying all applicable taxes on commission earnings
• •Providing any required tax documentation upon request
• •Filing all necessary tax returns in your jurisdiction
• •Complying with tax reporting requirements

We may issue tax forms (such as IRS Form 1099) if required by law. Consult with a qualified tax professional for advice specific to your situation.

Modifications to Program

We reserve the right to modify this Agreement and the Program at any time, including:

• •Commission rates and structure
• •Payout minimums and processing times
• •Attribution window and tracking methods
• •Prohibited activities and enforcement policies

Material changes will be communicated via email or app notification at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued participation after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

Disclaimers and Limitations

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability under this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount of commissions paid to you in the 12 months preceding the claim. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Daily Business Idea and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or related to:

• •Your promotional activities and marketing materials
• •Your violation of this Agreement
• •Your violation of any laws or regulations
• •Infringement of third-party rights

Confidentiality

You agree to keep confidential all non-public information about the Program, including:

• •Program performance metrics
• •Commission structures and rates (beyond publicly disclosed information)
• •Other affiliates' information
• •Technical details about tracking and attribution systems

Governing Law and Disputes

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Ezyful operates, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable arbitration association. You waive any right to participate in class actions or class-wide arbitration.

Severability

If any provision of this Agreement is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the Agreement shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement

This Agreement, together with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, constitutes the entire agreement between you and Daily Business Idea regarding the Affiliate Program and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings.
